A land owner wished to convert an old barn into 5 dwellings.

Our services provided the following:		Architectural designs for the new dwellings
		A measured survey of the existing barn
		A 3D virtual model of the proposed development
		Sustainability Study on the site
		SAP calculations for each of the proposed dwellings
		Predicted Energy Performance Certificates for each of the proposed dwellings

Our proposed dwellings achieved band 'B' for the Energy Performance and band 'A' for Environmental Impact. All the proposed dwellings achieved level 4 in the Code for Sustainable Homes study.
